Bribery....it works

So i realized yesterday that i have not take any shots of the boys recently. cept for a few in front of the construction so I asked bug (who actually combed his hair yesterday) if I could take some shots of him in the back yard. He said only if he could take some of me. My response was no because my makeup and hair was not done. He took care of that. He did my hair AND my make up...as you can see in the picture it was VERY hip makeup and YES that is eyeliner UNDER my eyes...not bags....

So he made me up and took THIS:

I drove past my house friday night and this is what I saw!! They told me that they wouldn't even start moving the house this tuesday!! so excited!!! I can see right now that the window on the end is VERY see through. That happens to be my bathroom! thats going to be the first thing I fix!! lol.. curtains, blinds..something.

so do you think they had too much time on thier hands?

Did they just wake up one morning and say 'lets make a movie parody today?" What ever their motivation was it made me laugh!!

Whooohooo...my foundation was all framed when i went home for lunch!! YEAH!! He told my friend Heather that if the inspector came today he would start pooring this afternoon BUT if the inspector was late getting there he would have to wait till tomorrow afternoon. Thats ok!! THat means that it will have plenty of time to cure and they can move the house on, on monday!! Whoo hoooo!!! Pictures to come!

thought I would share this! I found it on my little digi when I was getting the picture of the lot off! its of my OLD scrap room in the house that no longer exists for me!! lol..This was right after I finished it in februrary or march can't remember but here it is!!

Well the weekend has come and gone

And no one has been at my house except for the power company since last Tuesday. My PORCH is still sitting there and needs to be moved!! I called the 'people' and they said not to worry, the house was actually scheduled to be there the 20th! Now that's exciting, EXCEPT for the fact that there is still NO freaking foundation!! How in the HECK are they going to excavate, do the rebar and prep work then have the inspector come out THEN finish pouring the walls THEN let it dry for a week before Friday? I don't know but my brother (who happens to work in concrete) says if they don't poor it today don't let them move the house on till Monday! razzle frattin goober nottin....fart knocker!!

the little voice in my head keeps saying "it will get done, it will get done, it will get done" then the OTHER little voice says....."but will it get done right?"

FOR SALE!!!

Wanna new bunk bed...or maybe a slightly used one? I am selling my boys big bunk beds to get the regular ones to give them more 'play' room in their new bedroom. There is only two spots with crayon on it!! I will sell it for MUCH less than you would buy new!!! Looks almost exactly like this one but with out the rounded head and foot boards....Anyone????

YEAH!!!

So yesterday the 'worker guys' came and got my house all ready to move! this is what it looked like last night at about 6! hopefully today it will be OUT OF THERE!!!  I am almost embarrassed to show it. It looks so dilapidated! my yard looks horrible. Its usually mowed and trimmed. thats just been the last thing on my mind. As soon as they cleaned up the mess I will try to get in and mow it so it doesn't get out of hand. Hoping it doesn't die while the water is off....

Its all becoming very real. VERY real...finally. They are also taking the porch. Thank goodness. After its all out they will start excavating and working on the foundation. Once the foundation is inspected and dry they will move the new house on and start working on the finishing touches! I have yard plans that will be slow but sure so hopefully next summer it will be JUST the way I want it!! 

update....

I am still alive. I am almost completely out of my house! have half of it cleaned and ready to go. Got maybe 3 more loads tomorrow and then the rest of the cleaning, and then Sunday we will pull up the flower beds. They come get my house on monday!!! BYe BYE yucky house!!! Yipeeeeee!!!!

Saturday I had a break from moving and shot a wedding AND a bridal shower. The shower was a high tea party. We all dressed up in shawls and fancy hats! It was soo much fun!! Then monday I took the engagement photos for the bride from the shower. HAD a blast at all three. Still need to get to proofing all the pictures, but since I don't have a comp at home right now I am doing them at work...shhhhh....giggle.
