I need your help!

This request goes out to all of you who love my kids. Aunts, uncles, grandmas, friends. This book is made of envelopes just perfect for letters. I would like it if you could write a 8 1/2 x 11 letter to my children (together) so that I can put these letters in the envies. I will give this album to my children when they are older and will appreciate it. Eventually  they will each have their own as soon as I find another album like this. But for now I will just put them in here. PLEASE!!!??? I know most of you think my scrapping addiction is ridiculous and futile but you have NO idea how much this will me to the future Chris and Taylor. I would love to have letters from people who loved me because, to be honest, some of those people who loved me I barley know/knew. Think about it. What if you found letters your great grandmother sent to your grandmother and from those letters you can feel how much they loved each other? What a gift would that be.....Can you give that gift to my kids, and their kids?

Fun Thursday

We had so much fun at the museum! Lots of new things and even a new kids discovery room with water falls and trees to climb! We were in that room forever!

Took this pic of a 'black smith's" shop they have set up. They have rein-acted or set up our town way back when. with little shops and even boardwalks.

Day OFF!

So nice to wake up on a Thursday and NOT have to get ready as fast as I can! LOL. Kids and I stayed up a little later than normal playing board games and laughing. Today we are headed to the museum then grocery shopping. Was hoping for a pic-nic, but it looks like snow or rain. Yuck.

Went to a mini class at my friends last night. We were given a magazine add and the same paper and embellishments to make a page. We were to use the add as inspiration. There were all types of scrappers there and we were only aloud the basic tools, trimmer, scissors and her sizzix punch alphabet. I had a lot of fun and it was even nice not scrapping with a certain THEME in mind. At the end I did add a title cuz the page and pics were forming in my mind. Its going to be about me, about how independent I have become. Sure there are certain things I can't do but heck I can lay a vinyl floor, so there isn't too much!! LOL....Going to have Chris help me do a photo shoot of me to see if I can get some shots I have planned in my head for it!

woke up this morning with a horrible pain in my muscle. I hate when I sleep wrong on my arm and it hurts all the next day. Thank goodness my hip doesn't hurt this morning. Its been killing me for the past week. Last night it hurt so bad I could have cried. It hasn't hurt this bad for YEARS! ugh....

Well on to more stress full things like drinking my peppermint tea!! TA TA!!

K~ lost my keys today within a split second of opening the car doors. Ran inside to get new checks and boom GONE. Looked for ten minutes everywhere I could have laid them from the car to my desk. Couldn't find them. The kids went out and searched the car. Then just about the time I gave up hope I put my hand in my jacket pocket and there they were. What kind of brain did God give me? Most of the important stuff is stuck in there but these little details just can't seem to stick. Wonder if their is an on line tutorial on how to keep your insides organized?

Loving the sci fi channel right now. They are finally playing my all time favorite show. The LONGEST running sci fi series EVER. DR WHO. Totally British totally odd, totally loving being able to watch it again. While living in Ceour d' Alene years ago my family and I got hooked on this show. It played on the PBS channel there due to the Canadian influence (Thank you Oh Canada!) I have slowly bought episodes over the past few years, the show being canceled quite a few years back. BBC has brought it back! New Dr and new travelers! Totally stoked. They are playing the 2005 season now in America! Making my life I tell ya!

Morning!

First day of the rest of my life. Started a 6 weeks loser competition.  A bunch of us ladies are on a mission a mission to loose. Course all I might end up losing is my mind. Wish me luck with that.

Boys are off for spring break this week and I am off Thursday and Friday. Plan on fun spring things to do IF the weather stays good.
