observations

1. When you pay 20 bucks or more for makeup you don't wear it as often.

2. Funeral potatoes are good and not just for funerals.

3. Snow is wet, oh....and cold

4. having a good secretary relieves a lot of stress in my day.

5. I don't push myself at the gym if I am the only one there.

6. I miss Sarah the most when I watch Steel Magnolias. So I don't watch it very often anymore.

7. life does go on, even if its not fair.

8. Mothers love you no matter how many mistakes you make. (at least my mother anyway)

9. Steam is the ONLY way to clean baby.

10. Boys cuddle rougher than girls.

11. 5 days out of the month I wish I was a man.

Ok well he isn't really naked. he just looks that way cuz he has no shirt on. This photo was taken the weekend after Christmas. Chris LOVES to draw. Grandma Wood got him a table easil and some drawing pastels and a sketch pad for Christmas. He got started on it right away!

Taylor loves to cook. He is always the one helping me in the kitchen. While he is too young to actually use the stop top or put stuff in the oven he can totally read a recipe and follow it to a tee. he even made a libby's pumpkin roll for thanksgiving for my in laws house. For christmas Taylor got a new cook book, his own bowls, measuring spoons and even mixes. I think he needs work on the decorating though....

Today my office partner and I ran a few errands and then stopped at Barnes and Noble so she could return a book. While we were meandering in the aisles and getting ready to leave I kept feeling my bra strap falling. It rarely does that so I kept playing with it and realized it was my shoulder pads falling down into the boob area. Making my already to large of lumps even lumpier. Funny thing is, I don't have actually have any shirts with shoulder pads in them, at least none that I wear in public. As I reach into my shirt while walking down the main isle of the book store I slooooowwllllllleyyyyy pull out the bundle in my bosom. It was a black and brown argyle sock. My guess is the toes were cold and knew how warm my body was....or the laundry monster played a nasty trick on me. Either way LaRee and I laughed till we almost peed!

My boys were NOT letting me take a photo for our Christmas cards this year. It just wasn't going to happen. We did however need one for a gift so I bribed my boys. I let them open a gift early! yikes....what kind of mother have I turned into!!??
