How do they grow up so fast right in front of you and you don't notice? My oldest just turned 12. On his bday I took half a day off and took him, his girlfriend, and bug to Red Robin for lunch then to the movies to see UP! It was such a cute movie, but I think I was pmsing because I actually cried a few times. Not bawled but at least teary.
Saturday we had a fun party at my gym. They got to play games and swim! Good thing they have an indoor pool cuz it was just pouring that day.
I made him his bday cake this year and it took me forever!! I LOVE how it turned out!
Then we just sort of bummed around town and had dinner at Fazoli's. Chris was so worn out the fell asleep at the table!
Wow...I'm impressed with that beautiful cake. You're getting way too good! Glad you all enjoyed the birthday party. Glad to see pictures too. Hugs & Kisses.
ReplyDeleteReally awsome cake, Robin. I love the strings! You are making such wonderful memories for your sons. They will be wonderful husbands and fathers some day because of your efforts.
ReplyDeleteChris's birthday cake rocks! You did a great job...I don't know where you find the time to do all of these fun things with your boys. Hope Chris had a wonderful birthday- it's amazing how fast they grow up....give him birthday hugs and kisses for us!
