Did a bit of scrapping today

Kinda got a late start...slept in but I have been a bit creative today. Did this layout of my son for his sixth bday. Fun one with American Crafts paper. The tags have all his "favorites @ six".                                                

I also sorted all my vacation photos from 2005 and started the mini album for them. Did the title page and the first three pages. Its kinda nice to work in the 8x8 format once in awhile. Its very simple with mostly pictures and journaling. I am following a simple design throughout the book so I might actually get it done. Lots of blues, greens, oranges and purples. Fun, calm colors!

fantastic soccer game...

unfortunately no pics ;(. Got there and realized i had left my memory card at home!! What a photographer!!

Well they won 14 to zip. The kids played fantastic. Actually knew the positions, and passed to their team mates. Makes a huge difference to play well together. It also helped that the team they played didn't know a thing about soccer. But i don't think that was their fault...apparently the coach doesn't do much coaching. One mom told me they had only had one practice! poor kids. Our goalies never did have to do anything. In the fourth quarter our coach pulled out all but four players to help out the other team. Just wish I had some pics! There is next week with soccer everyday cept for THURSDAY!! Shoot me NOW!

Project to work on!!

THANKS Mom!! got the CD of my brothers wedding from my mom today! They were taken on a digital SLR by her landlord. So thankful they are in focus. Gonna spend some time with them in Photo shop to try and make them a bit more special. Then make an album for them for their gift. Hopefully if I can get out there this summer I can do some romantic photos for them, and shoot the reception party they are planning. Keeping my fingers crossed. the wedding was on a boat off the Washington coast. Just cozy and intimate! Are they not CUTE!!!???
