I love you! I shot this while shooting this wedding...
She was part of the bridal party....
It is now almost 4:30 pm and I am just barley awake. Just enough to eak out a message about what I have been up to. I just got back from a fun whirlwind trip to the Olympic peninsula for a wedding shoot. FUN FUN wedding. Renaissance theme, bag pipes, kilts, fantastic! I have NO photos to share yet. Like I said I JUST got back. I didn't sleep well in my own bed last night. I think I was too wound up from the trip. Or could it be the delayed flight from Salt Lake city that got me home at 11 that did it?
After work I am going home to my clean house (thank you my angel Kendra), and slipping into a bubble bath to read a book I am totally engrossed in and then maybe just maybe make a couple personalized cards for birthdays coming up. Who knows....oh and the boys are gone till Friday. THAT's why I am taking a bubble bath and making cards....
OH and thank you Blake for helping me with my washer AND the weeds in my back yard!! What a surprise to find them gone when I moved the water this morning!!!

That's the age my grandmother turned today. 90. She is as healthy as a horse. She takes care of the "old" people in her tiny town. I am so very lucky to have this woman in my life. My children are extremely lucky to have her in their lives. She is the best grandma in the world. We love you!!

Since her bday is around our usual time for our family reunion (her kids and grand kids), her children planned a HUGE family reunion and Several of her family members came!! Some I had never even met before. She has 4 sisters that are still just hoppin!! Some even older than her. Her brother also came. We had people travel from New York, Kansas, Washington and Arizona! It was amazing how many people she touched and has been loved by.

My kids are so very picky. I have come to the conclusion that I don't really care anymore. They eat what I serve. That's it. PERIOD. Well last night I tried a recipe I got off Amber's blog. It came out sooooo good!! It's her hubby's sweet and sour chicken recipe that I served with rice and artichokes. Ok so my kids did NOT like the artichokes but at least they tried them. The chicken on the other had was a HUGE hit!! HUGE. Taylor loved it and even Chris (who shies away from chicken) even ate it!! This morning I was taking the left overs from the fridge to bring to work for lunch and Taylor was angry! He said he wanted the left overs for dinner!!! He never does that!!! So thank you sooo much Amber!! Head to her blog for the recipe and try it out on your family tonight!!!
Here are a couple more layouts with the August kit from Kit n Kaboodles. This kit was so awesome! I just loved all the goodies in the main kit and the add ons!! Sooo much fun this month!!
