Just giggled.

I actually scrapped!

Its been so long! I haven't really felt like it for awhile and i sat down today and got a mother's day project done and a 1 page layout! Feels good!

I can't show the mothers day project but I will show you the layout I whipped out!

starting to worry....

i finally got a call from my lender that pretty much just said "I'm really sorry, we are dealing with the government on this." At the advice of my mother and someone else I trust I called another lending company with a loan office I have worked with through the office. She had me fax over the FORTY pages of stuff I have had to provide the other lender with and she said she would go through IHA (Idaho housing association) and should have an answer in 4 working days. She said with conventional loans she could get an answer in 48 hours but IHA and FHA loans take about 4 days. She apologized that it might take that long! I told her it was better than the THREE weeks it has taken to get zip from the other lender. I even had the dealer of the house I am getting call and tell me it was taking incredibly long!! She told me that if this second lender drug their feet she would try going through their lender. So we shall see what we shall see. I have thirty days before all this credit action catches up with me and I need an answer before then!!! ACKKK.....

So here we go again.

A reason to celebrate!!!

And no its not the house yet. I am really shredded apart at this point wanting it so badly but not sure if it will actually happen. Enough about that though.

Have you heard? M&M's now has dark chocolate. Isn't that reason to celebrate? I sure think it is....

Got the dog a shock collar today. He barks at absolutely EVERYTHING!! So I gotta try it. It's getting to the point I think that the neighbors have had enough. I sure hope this works.

Got a SR shoot all proofed and have a new favorite!

It was a beautiful day. Had the windows open at home to get some fresh air, love that I can do that. Sorry that the folks back east cant.

Sorry for all the families, friends and loved ones who have lost someone in the tragedy in Virginia. Scary to think that this is happening so often now. Scary to think that it could happen anywhere.

Thank you all for being so patient with me while I work on this house. Soon life will return to normal....and so will my regularly scheduled scrapbooking!

CUTE

Now this adorable animal was just about to come home with me. As adorable and cuddly as she looked she was prickly and uncuddleable as a porcupine. She is our zoo's new hedgehog. Fully grown and pretty to boot! We went to the zoo on easter and had soo much fun! Saw the new lions, some servals and a very protective monkey. He kept slamming into his glass cage at people walking by. Scared me to death because he did it while i was taking a picture!! Here are some pics of our fun little adventure.

I took a few shots of the inside of the house when I went back with my brother and sister in law. They liked the hosue so now all I have to do is make sure the funding goes through monday so I can do the purchase agreement!! SO very excited!!
